Which calculator answers what
Before you price: hourly rate starts from the net you want and works up to a price, while annual net runs the other direction, from turnover down to what stays. Freelancer vs company matters once the profit is large enough for the answer to change anything.
After the money arrives: what to set aside tells you how much of each payment is not yours, and the VAT calculator separates VAT out of any amount. Deductible expenses, national insurance and income tax advances cover the three payments going back out.
And two checks that are about timing rather than money: the osek patur ceiling shows how much room is left before a status change becomes mandatory, and supplier payment date shows when a customer has gone past the deadline the law allows. Every rate and ceiling on these pages reads from a single source updated once a year, so no two calculators here can show a different VAT rate.
